Secured Lending is the provision of capital for SMEs who need finance for growth, acquisition or existing shareholder buyout. Lending to established, cashflow generative and profitable businesses.
WORKING CAPITAL LOANS
AVAILABLE
Working Capital Loans is the provision of essential short term finance to small businesses which could be in lieu of traditional bank overdrafts.
SECURED PROPERTY FINANCE
AVAILABLE
In this business segment loans are provided for residential, commercial and development property. All of the loans funded have strong security over the underlying property and prudent loan-to-value ratios.
ABOUT US
The team at Regatta has extensive finance, property and legal experience. All loans are carefully analyzed by the team and appropriate security taken over the property / asset via a legal charge and / or debentures. Guarantees are also taken.
Regatta typically lends up to 75% of the value of the asset ( we may consider up to 80% with additional security ). We focus on loans between 250k and 2 million with an average duration of 12 to 36 months. We like to build long term / repeat relationships with borrowers by understanding their business objectives in depth whilst at the same time taking appropriate security to protect capital at all times.

Christon has invested in numerous property transactions over the last 20 years. Christon qualified as a Barrister-at-law in 1996 and has spent the last 20 years in the finance industry. Prior to P1 Capital Partners, Christon set up Lucidus Capital Partners LLP, a credit hedge fund manager, and helped raise over $3 billion dollars of assets from institutional investors with offices in New York and Florida.
